Am i right to get mad about this?

i got new bras about a month ago because i majorly grew out my old ones but my sister wouldn't get fitted although my mums told her many times. she's grown out of her bras but i've just noticed she keeps stealing mine! And when i found one she wore it had brown stains on it? what are the stains and what should i do about her stealing my bras?!
