HELP!! 250mg/dl post lunch sugar, on a random check after 2 hours of break fast!?

A fasting glucose of 126 and post-lunch of 250 is definitely Type II Diabetic range. I would go see your regular doc (GP) and he will likely refer you to an Endocrinologist for further testing.
