Do you ever feel like a "Hypo-Christian" (Hypocritical Christians)?

I just got accepted into this Christian College, but I find it so hard sometimes to see myself continuing on my "walk with Christ" because of my sinful past. How do you deal with calling yourself a Christian, yet knowing you've done wrong before?
