How to lose a few pounds fast?

Everybody always wants the quick fix but these things take time. Don't worry I want the quick fix too, unfortunately these things take time. I would suggest adding a ten minute work out to your routine. If you're already doing 30 minutes a day you could add in the 10 minute workout whenever you have free time. I like 10 minute solutions, I also think 10 minute trainer from beachbody is good. Good luck.
