What do dunnes stores employers look for in employees ?

I have just finished my gcses but will not have my results until august. Does this majorly disadvantage me? I applied last week. Is it likely that I will have a summer job there if I do get the job, or would it be around Christmas time? Any feedback at all here would be great x
