Sweet Sixteen talent show theme ideas?

I need to start planning for my sweet sixteen birthday party and need some really cool ideas. All I have right now is the location and a dance floor for the acts people are going to do and of course for dancing. Can you give my any ideas for decorations, games, or any other majorly cool ideas????
