What is a good facial cleanser for a first time user?

i want to start using a facial cleanser but have never tried one before my skin type varies from combination oily-dry to just dry so i need one that will work good for that skin type also since i have never used one before like i said i am looking for one that is either hypo-allergenic or something for sensitive skin please help thanks
