Courses regardless of Major?

I was told by the Academic Advisers that although it wasn't majorly important right now but to be thinking about classes I want to take next(spring) semester as I already my schedule for the fall and after looking at the courses that I need to take to next semester I have 1-2 openings left I can fill with electives, because they require at least 12 to be full time I only have 10 and can take up to 17 and was aiming for about 15-16, so I am looking for a list of courses you would recommend to a student of ANY major that would be beneficial.
