Diagnosed with Hypothyroid 13 years ago BUT now my Levels are normal . Is it possible to have hypothyroid ?

I was originally diagnosed wiht hypo thyroid 13 years ago. I have since been on an off Levoxyl. I have all the symptoms again of my Hypothyroid, Extreme Exaustion 24/7 Dry skin, Bruises everywhere,hair falling out ect.. My dr finally sent me to have my levels checked and reported all my levels are normal..Is it possible to have Normal Thyroid levels and be hypothyroid? Im very confussed as i have been diagnosed many times and at this point im just getting more sick with no help and no more blood work to find out whats going on.. I know something wrong.. does this make sence??
