Does he or does he not like me?

I met a boy we became friends,facebook friends,He Told me he loved me,He said he wanted to Kiss me,He always said Hi to me,He Always touches me everywhere,He Asked me out 3 times,i said no cuz i'm majorly Shy he plays around with me,always softly hits me,Then he deleted me off facebook because i never chatted with him,Then i finally have enough courage to ask him out,then i Say to him i like you and i wanna go out,then he says Now? i said ok,he said Alright,Then he said Nah,i already got a girlfriend,i said oh,then he said i'd breakup with her for you,i said Ok,He said i'm not interested in a relationship right now,He said i just wanna chill with girls,i said oh then he walked away,WTH? we been through so much and he rejects me! Why???? please don't say maybe he's shy,He is not shy he gets in trouble all the time,And talks to everyone,He showed me tons of signs he's interested,but i guess he's not! :'( Was he lying or telling the Truth when he said he's not interested in dating? i need Advice please! i'm broken now because of him!
