Extreme pain in my breast?

I pressed down on my boob and had this majorly sharp pain. its been about 15 minutes and its starting to go away little by little, its been like this for awhile i dont know how long and it doesnt happen when i do it too the other one. i dont think i have any lumps either and i dont think its growing pain but i'm really not sure.
