How to introduce a kitten to 2 dogs ?

i have two staffies 2 & 1. they're nice dogs but reaaaalllly hypo when it comes to meeting new people & animals, or just seeing them after even 5 minutes really O_O more worried about the 2 year old cause she doesnt like cats, but shes only seen them run in our yard & barks at anyone that goes into the yard really, so im hoping she will act different when the kitten is with me. but how do we introduce them ?
