I'm 5'1 and 140 pounds?

You need to burn 400 - 500 calories everyday. What I do is I dance to my favorite music, do jumping jacks while watching commercail and sit ups. When I eat, I chew my food 20 times so I will feel full. Also don't eat anything that has fat in it after 8pm because you'll gain weight and drink 8 ounces of water before each meal so it fills your stomach space.
