I have complications on my previous pregnancy, would I suffer it again?

I am on my 6 weeks pregnancy for my 3rd baby. But when I was pregnant on the 2nd one, I got complications like, UTI & hypo kalemia and my constipation was worst. I even got admitted for 5 days- a month before my due date because of hypo kalemia. My potassium was too low and need have an IV transfusion. And my Ob-gyne said that if my potassium will not get back to normal before my delivery, it's possible that I will be paralyzed or even dead. I gave birth to my second baby last Nov. 3, 2008. Now on my 3rd one, would I suffer it again?
