In BioShock 2, how can I increase my First Aid Kit, and Eve Hypo capacities?

I just beat the first Bioshock in which you can carry up to 9 first aid kits, and 9 Eve hypos. I know I had to unlock it, but I can't remember how. However, that is a bit of a digression, I don't need to know how I accomplished that in BioShock, I need to know to how increase my capacity for those items in BioShock 2.
