Should I sue my doctor for negligence?

I'm trying to figure out where there's a basis to sue? When you were younger, if you had thought there was a problem more severe than your gyno thought, you should've gotten a second opinion. There's a statute of limitations on these types of things. By all means, you can try, but make sure too much time hasn't passed. And the fact that it isn't a dire need case, I doubt you'll get far. I know it's probably not the answer you want to hear, but it's most likely the most accurate at the same time. Don't know if my answer helps, but definitely look into the statute of limitations to see if your case has reached it's time limit before you find out if it has a basis for merit.
