Thyroid test information please help!!!!?

Hi I hope someone can intepret this since I do not go to doctor till July 1st! I had a TSH of 0.01 and a scan and it concluded I had thyroiditis.My endo was a complete jerk and I got a second opinion. my NEW blood tests say TSH 4.64 T3 is 30 and T4 is 5.9. I feel terrrible have for about a year now. I had another scan and the RAIU was 31.1 Am I now hypo? any information at all can help. Thank you. (I don't have the ranges)
