Where can i find xbox 10 mode rapid fire chips wholesale or in bulk?

im looking to make a little extra money buy modding and sellng modded controllers but i can only find the rapid fire kids. i was wondering if i could buy the chip it self as it would be cheaper to buy the wiring seperate.
